In Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Yama, Niyama, Asana and other topics are covered but Pranayama is the main.
Hatha Yoga Pradipika consists of 4 chapters. Chapter 1 discusses Yama, Niyama and Asana. Chapter 2 discusses Pranayama, Chapter 3 is about Mudra and Chapter 4 talks about Raja Yoga.
I would like to acknowledge my Philosophy teacher Ms Yuki Shimada for her teaching on Hatha Yoga Pradipika. This is not my knowledge. The wisdom has been passed on by many teachers in past.
