Tamil Nadu is witnessing many political twists and turns ahead of the 2021 polls. Sources reveal that the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen Party has joined hands with TTV Dhinakaran’s Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam for the upcoming Tamil Nadu State Assembly Elections.
AIMIM-AMMK will be contesting from 3 constituencies, Vaniyambadi, Krishnagiri and Sankarapuram. Meanwhile, The AIADMK is contesting the state polls in alliance with the BJP and PMK. The ruling party has allotted 20 and 23 Assembly seats to its allies BJP and PMK respectively. Owaisi had raised an alliance deal with AIADMK and AMMK, however, the party was not able to align with AIADMK.
