Annecy is in southeastern France. It lies on the northern tip of Lake Annecy. Some of it's nicknames are: Pearl of French Alps and Venice of the Alps. Another famous tourist spot is Annecy Castle. What I recommend is going up to the Les Terrasses du Lac, where is beautiful view on the Annecy Lake.
