The Volvo EX30 Single Motor Extended Range got a 64,0 kWh battery (net capacity), rear wheel drive and one electric motor that deliver 272 hp (200 kW) and 343 Nm of torque. This electric SUV accelerates in 5,3 seconds to 100 kmh. In this test we did it in 6,5 seconds, slower than the official number, probably due to the wet road surface and a lower than 100% battery charge. Its top speed is 180 kmh. The car has an official WLTP-range of 480 km. The realistic range according to our tests is 340 km in midseason with outside temperatures between 10 and 15 degrees celsius. At a fast charger the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in about 25 minutes at a maximum power of 158 kW (DC).
