The DA has officially laid a complaint against the deputy president and ANC secretary-general with the Office of the Public Protector in Cape Town.
The official opposition accuses both Paul Mashatile and Fikile Mbalula for what it calls State Capture 2.0.
This comes after media reports of their alleged involvement in corruption.
