Alaska Gold Salmon are caught by members of Seafood Producers Cooperative. Line-caught on the open ocean when their natural oil content and texture are at their peak, these wild salmon are then cleaned and stowed in a freezer at-40ºF, locking in their fresh from the ocean flavors. Being quickly cleaned as soon as they make it to the deck of the boat stops the process that creates off flavors common in fish that aren't handled with the same level of care. Our wild salmon are fresher than fresh.
