Pa. state Rep. Danilo Burgos is the first Dominican American elected to the Pa. House and is celebrating Dominican Independence Day at the State Capitol. He not only celebrates and honors the typical heroes, but all Dominicans and especially their contributions throughout this pandemic, here in Pa. and abroad. He is grateful to represent the same community that he grew up in and recognizes that Dominican Americans are one of the largest growing communities in the state.
