The inside of the trailer has a hand wash sink, 3 compartments sink, hot and cold running, a propane on demand hot water heater, 50 amps electrical panel, solar panel, deep sickle marine battery, LED lights, 120 Volts electrical outlets, AC and heat unit, wood access door, vending window and entry door with bug screens, and of course the 48" true wood fired brick oven, 1200 L for Four Grand Mere. The entire design has been created by The Bread Stone Ovens Company.
