The Hostage and Crises Negotiator Cadre are our first 2019 Shrievalty Award winners. They are responsible for saving hundreds of lives every year across the Thames Valley. By using their skills, abilities, experience and teamwork they’re able to help people who are at their lowest and are at their most vulnerable.
Their dedication to this voluntary role, on top of their regular day jobs is outstanding, and a clear reason as to why they deserved to win this Shrievalty Award.
