he Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned to 19th October for
definite hearing in a suit seeking the dissolution of the current interim
management committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission.

The plaintiffs in the suit are alleging that the affairs of the commission
can only be carried out by a governing board and the establishment of the
interim management committee is unknown to the Niger Delta Development
commission establishment amendment act 2017.
