Health Secretary Steve Barclay has called on junior doctors to end ongoing strike action as they began a four-day walkout over pay and conditions.
Mr Barclay said a "fair and final" pay offer has already been made to the British Medical Association, but added that he is prepared to hold talks with doctors over other issues.
