Nadia Choucair (right) and husband Bassem, both 38, haven't been seen since the fire. Brother Nabil said: 'She was the loveliest, kindest and most gentle woman'. Bassem told his workmates sorry for 'letting you down' for being stuck in the flat. The couple were trapped in their home with their daughters Fatima, Zaynab and Mierna Choucair, aged three, ten and 13 (inset), as well as Nadia's elderly mother Sirra.
