Here’s what the study found:

⚡ 7 in 10 homebuyers are looking for a smart home
⚡ Millennials are more likely to desire a smart home than older generations
⚡ A majority of homeowners use smart devices for convenience and time savings, followed by safety and security.
⚡ Women were almost twice a likely as men to desire a smart home alarm system.
