10 wks ago I started Caroline Girvan's Epic Endgame & these are my results: before & after weight loss, inches lost & a full review of Caroline Girvan's Epic Endgame. I am not technically plus sized (I wear a size L & I am over 200lbs) but by no means am I small. I am what "they" describe as THICK FIT. I am on a journey to lose weight while building muscle. Nutrition is crucial when trying to lose weight & build muscle at the same time. In the video I share with you what I ate while completing Caroline Girvan's Epic Endgame. This is my first ever Caroline Girvan program and it definitely won't be the last. There were a lot of tough times both mentally & physically but it is those tough times that make us strong. "If it doesn't challenge us it doesn't change us".
