The All NGO Coordination Committee, an umbrella organisation of major civil societies, staged a sit-in demonstration for the second consecutive day outside the election commission office in Aizawl demanding the ouster of Shashank.
Student body leaders present in the protest demonstration also called for immediate exit of Shashank.
