This beef broth recipe Is a Combination of complex spices tastes & umami flavour with clear, sweet and hearty & meaty broth. A truly winter/ spring comfort food. Good for gatherings & partying and please cook in advance .

Ingredients:
Beef brisket 500g
Daikon/ radish 200g
Beef bone 200g
Herbal / spice Broth:
Star anise 3 pieces
Liquorice 4 pieces
Cinnamon 1 piece
Dried mandarin peel 3-4 pieces
Black cardamom or Tsao Koa ( in Cantonese grass fruit) cao guo 2 pieces
White pepper seeds 2 tbsp
Rock sugar 30g
2 packs Japanese Bonita soup ( can be substitute with roasted fish powder or dried scallops)
Flavouring add some fish sauce & seasalt
Scallions chopped as garnish
