For Dima Bilan it has been the second time at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2006 he made a fabulous 2nd place with "Never Let You Go". In 2008 he could top that and become number one. With the song "Believe" and the extraordinary stage show with an icerink and the olympionic Evgeni Plushenko on ice skates and the world famous violinist Edvin Martont, he was able to convince the Europeans. The year after, the ESC was in Moscow, Russia for the first time in history.
