Seattle police heroically saved a 57-year-old man after he fell 25 feet onto train tracks during a mental health crisis on October 7th, near 2nd Avenue and East Jackson Street. While officers quickly halted inbound trains, a freight train was still approaching. With only seconds to spare, officers pulled the injured man to safety. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but the officers' swift action saved his life.
