मिसळ पाव हे महाराष्ट्रातील खूप लोकप्रिय स्ट्रीट फूड आहे, जे खाण्यास खूपच मजेदार आणि चविष्ट आहे. तुम्ही मिसळ पाव (Misal Pav) सकाळच्या स्नॅक्सपासून ते दुपारच्या किंवा रात्रीच्या जेवणा पर्यंत कधीही खाऊ शकता.

Ingredients:
100 gms Moong Dal
100 gms Matki/ Mothbeans
2 Onions, chopped
1 tsp Mix Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3-4 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Water as required
Coriander as required
Farsan
1 Lemon Slice
Method:
- In a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of oil.
- Add mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt to taste, mix masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the sprouts and give it a stir. Add water and cook the sprouts till they are nice& soft. Once the sprouts are cooked add coriander leaves to it.
- Serve the Misal with some Farsan & garnish it with chopped onion.
