Chief Planner Joanna Averley, talks about the government’s work in incorporating community voices in the planning system, plans to look at making planning and placemaking about health and wellbeing, and how the latest environment act will map green infrastructure and increase natural landscape and biodiversity. The session closes with the message that a cross-industry response is vital in light of the need for climate adaptation building projects and addressing the housing shortage.
