***Take a poison charm
***Step on a platform when she jumps
***Do not step on all platforms like I did in case that triggered the deadly poison spam
***Use honor resist, max honor etc, and chaos resist on your normal gear

I had bad relics and went in blind, will hopefully do it next try! There seemed to be no guide for this fight so hopefully this will serve.
