A Carette printing press (platen) circa 1911 with sophisticated kinematics. The printing press is driven by a Carette 691/4P steam engine, also around 1911.
With this printing press it was possible to print properly. It was supplied with rubber type (letters), ink, brushes and tweezers. The shown printing press was used only once in its time. You can tell by the colored letters and the cardboard in the press. Have fun watching the video.
