Time for more demanding exercises with a high school soccer player who had surgery to reconstruct her right-sided anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). This video captures her performing single-leg Romanian deadlifts (SL RDLs) and then passing the ball into the rebounder. She performed this exercise at the end of her treatment session to maximize her muscular fatigue.
As always — train both legs!

Performing these exercises should not cause pain. If you experience pain while exercising, decrease the speed of your movement. If the pain persists - STOP. Mild soreness after exercising may be experienced after beginning a new exercise.
