Post-secondary institutions around the world have access to many resources, capable of helping others. The IMPACT initiative at McMaster University is a pristine example of a University-based organization, which strives to provide assistance to those living with disabilities, in hopes to improve their quality of life. This video highlights the goals, responsibilities and roles within the IMPACT project, and it demonstrates how interdisciplinary collaboration between students and professors can create positive change. This video incorporates first-hand experiences from a co-leader of the IMPACT project named Alex who has been involved in the initiative for several years and continues to participate in the process of positively changing peoples’ lives
