Pesto is one of those Italian sauces which goes with everything. Genovese is where pesto sauce originated. Tossed with capellini pasta this recipe is amazing. You can use the pesto recipe and mix it up a little bit with parsley, almonds, walnuts, mint and others. Enjoy cooking!!

This recipe makes 3-4 portions
Ingredients:
• Garlic cloves – 2
• Basil leaves – 3-4 cups/ 90-100 grams
• Extra virgin olive oil – ½ - ¾ cup
• Pine nuts – ½ cup
• Salt to taste
• Shredded parmesan cheese – ¾ cup
• Capellini pasta/ Angel hair pasta – for 2 servings
