This is the R&O (US) Elevator hydraulic elevator in the Duluth Camera Exchange Building (Not sure what the official name is) in Duluth, Minnesota. It serves as a Skywalk access elevator, as well as servicing some of the stores. It has the same fixtures as US Elevators.
