Here's a bit of a Home Box Office break from early January 1986. The video quality is not great but I felt the content was unique and interesting.

First, Doc and Sprocket debate the existence of Fraggles after the radio announces a new season of "Fraggle Rock" is coming on the 6th. Then an HBO "Red Hot Winter" promo touts the arrival of "The Empire Strikes Back" (among other movies and shows). Finally, a strange, film noirish animation open for the HBO Short Take.
