San Diego native and award-winning director and producer, Michael Gier, will premier a life-saving documentary Saturday for 9/11 first responders. That day marks the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.
The documentary "Healing the Heroes of 9-11" highlights the neurological intervention called Tactical Resiliency Process (TRP) that helps 9/11 first responders heal from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
