Kristen came to Nutshell in 2017 with a dream of creating a thriving Customer Success department. In her time at Nutshell, she pioneered the customer onboarding process and inspired hundreds of existing customers to more deeply engage with and optimize their stack. Kristen believes that customer success operations are key to revenue growth in any successful company. A buoyantly optimistic problem-solver at heart, Kristen does not shy away from the big problems facing scaling businesses and loves exchanging new ideas with other passionate CSMs.
