*IMPORTANT FACTS:*
First of all, it has a special spawn because the whole zone is divided into smaller ones. Zone 1 - Caldera - is always active and the rest of the zones rotate on the counter clockwise rotation. So you need to check which rares are up for the day to see if she will spawn or not. I was able to track if she was up by checking the Giant Glimmerfish event (Glimmerfish Before It‘s Gone) that takes places next to Karokta's spawn location.

Also please note that you can loot her only 1 time once her zone is up. It can be up for the next few days, but you won't be able to loot her again and you'll need to wait for the zone reset. I would highly recommend to get SilverDragon addon - once you kill her, the icon on the map vanishes and it will appear again only when you're eligible to loot her again.

*QUICK FACTS:*
1. Once she spawns, there's a zone-wide message in chat that says: "A flash of teeth and wings darts across the cavern ceiling."
2. You can loot her once a zone rotation per character and you should be at least level 60 to loot her.
3. It has around 0.7% drop rate.
4. Respawn time is 50 - 90 minutes.
