Masala puri chaat is a chatpata, spicy, tangy and tasty street food snack from Bangalore.
make 20 plates of masala puri from 200grams of peas.
To make masala puri, you need the following

Masala Ingredients:
2 cups dry green or white peas
2 Potatoes
1 medium sized Onion
4 green chillies
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1 Tomato
1 inch Ginger piece
3 cloves
1 inch Cinnamon
8-10 black pepper
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
1/2 cup mint leaves(pudina)
1 cup coriander leaves(dhaniya)
4 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt as required
1/2 tsp amchur(dry mango powder)
Puris
Serving Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Carrot
1 cup chopped Cucumber
1 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
1 cup chopped Sev and Peanuts
