NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Friday (March 25) urged Russia to not use nuclear, biological or chemical weapons in Ukraine. Speaking during a visit to Bardufoss military base north of the Arctic Circle, he said the use of such weapons would "totally change the nature of the war in Ukraine.''
