President Yoweri Museveni has announced a ban against importation of second hand clothes in Uganda.
Museveni says the continuous importation of such clothes in Uganda denies market to locally manufactured clothes.
This was at Mbale industrial park where he commissioned 15 factories and officiated ground breaking for nine more factories.
