This is a quick look at the new Bombardier Learjet 75 Liberty. Bombardier launched the sub-$10 million Learjet 75 Liberty to compete with the Cessna Citation Jet and the Embraer Phenom 300. Having dropped to six seats from eight, with no standard APU or a sink in the bathroom, even at $10,000,000 (Ten Million Dollars) its out of most peoples pay packets, however, as a corporate purchase there are many advantages to owning one. The updated Learjet 75 Liberty does benefit from new avionics, winglets, and two powerful engines that use less fuel whilst delivering a longer range. The Learjet 75 Liberty has a cruising speed of 465 kn (535 mph, 861 km/h) and a range of 2,040 nmi (2,350 mi, 3,780 km) with a maximum altitude of 51,000 ft (16,000 m).
