Santiago opened Donut Bar in 2013 with no Culinary/Pastry School experience. He previously worked in the hotel/hospitality industry and thats where his passion for pastries was born! After working for multiple high end hotel groups, he decided to gamble on himself and open a donut shop! On opening day he prepared 300 Donuts and sold out in less than half an hour.. thats when he knew he had something special! Today, Santiago and his business partner Shyon, sell on average 3,000 - 4,000 Donuts a day!
