DISCLAIMER: at the time of publishing this video, Flyr have ceased their operations. They have been suffering from financial troubles for a while, and have unfortunately failed to receive funding from investors. I wish all their employees the best of luck for the future!
Flyr was a Norwegian low-cost airline based in Oslo. Its fleet consisted of 12 aircraft; half of which were Boeing 737-800s, and the other half Boeing 737 MAX 8s - join me as I fly with them to Rome onboard their 737 MAX 8. Overall I thought they were a very nice airline - smooth booking process, on-time flight, nice crew and free water / coffee / tea (not bad at all for a low cost airline). This is also my first flight on the 737 MAX, and I would say the "clichés" about the type are true, for instance that it's quiet, modern and has big engines. Without further ado, sit back, relax and enjoy the video!
