The last thing we do in Kuching before we go on a road trip is trying some of the local Malay food. And God were we lucky to find this random restaurant, run by a family of local Muslim Malays. Not that it is a particularly special looking restaurant, and we were also very late for food as most of it was eaten already. There was not much choice left so we took what there was. Small bits of meets, some curries. But wow was that special. There was some chicken in soya sauce left, some jackfruit curry and some durian curry. We simply had to try it. Well, some pine apple dish as well, some eggs, but that was it. And this was good? Well... check out the video and find out. I can tell you in advance: we did not see that coming...
