Suchana Seth Case | Goa Police filed a chargesheet against Suchana Seth in Panaji's children's court for the murder of her four-year-old son. Suchana was arrested in Karnataka a day after the murder. The chargesheet details the cause of death as strangulation. She faces charges under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Goa Children's Act.
