Sarri wants the Argentine on board, and looks set to have got his man with a deal with Juventus agreed. Higuain is ready and waiting to jet to London and sign on the dotted line, and could be in line to make his Chelsea debut in the Carabao Cup clash against Tottenham on Thursday. Blues boss Sarri was quizzed about the striker this morning. And he opened up on what he’d told Granovskaia - but added he didn’t know how the deal was progressing.  "I don't know [how close it is]," Sarri said. "I want to be clear, because I cannot help you. I spoke with Marina two weeks ago, so Marina knows my opinion on how to improve the team. “Then I decided to focus on the pitch, on matches and training. "I am confident because I know Marina is working very hard, but I don't know the market at all.  “I want to be focused on the matches. So I don't call her every evening, otherwise I spend all my mental energy on the market. “I think it's better if I spend all my mental energies on the pitch. So I can't help you. I don't know." Chelsea can take a huge step towards securing a top-four spot with victory over Arsenal tomorrow. The Blues head to north London with a six-point cushion over the Gunners in the race for a Champions League place.
