Hey everyone,

In April 2023, In April 2023, we spent 3-week in Vietnam where we visited the north and the center of the country. This video will be about our fourth stop, Tam Coc in the Ninh Binh Region where we stayed around 3 days.

Spending three days in Tam Coc, Vietnam allowed us to explore the beautiful landscapes and cultural attractions of this region. Tam Coc is known for its stunning karst formations, rice paddies, and peaceful riverboat rides.

We started our first full day by renting a scooter to explore the region. Our first stop was the Bai Dinh Temple which is considered the largest complex of Buddhist temples in Vietnam, from there we headed to our first boat tour in the Vân Long Nature Reserve.

On our way back we made a quick stop at the Hoa Lu ancient capital and then finished the day in the stunning Am Tiên Cave.

On day 2, we start with the Bich Dong Pagoda, a beautiful pagoda complex nestled amidst the mountains where we saw a local ceremony. From there we headed to the picturesque Tam Coc Boat tour. After a small break and lunch at Chookie’s we headed to the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World heritage site that can be visited once again on a small boat. It was the best:

To finish the day, we opted for the Mua Caves before returning to our accommodation.

Our last day was just relaxing and biking in the rice field before heading to Hanoi Airport.
