Welcome to my video on how to TIG weld titanium frame & chassis tubing.

In this video I’m working with Grade 5 titanium which is used primarily for frames and chassis. It’s lightweight nature, durability, and flexibility makes it a great material for bicycling, racing, motor sports, and much more .

We will go over why titanium is suitable for this application. We will cover material prep, welder machine settings & equipment, and actual welding technique when you're welding the material. Then of course - how to achieve that beautiful, strong weld!

Whether you are an experienced fabricator or just a beginner I’m confident there will be something to pick up from this video!
