Question: After thick plastic sheet vacuum forming process, how to trim the edges of vacuum formed part?
Answer: Normally, there are 5 methods to do the trimming job for vacuum formed parts.
1). 3 axis CNC router trimming.
2). 5 axis CNC router trimming.
3). ABB/Kuka Robotics.
4). Robotic waterjet trimming.
5). Manually trimming with air body saw.
