Stuffed Okra or ladies fingers is one vegetable I love. I love the crunch and many people do not know how to handle it thus it becomes slimy. Then they decide not to eat because of the slime. But even I love the sliminess.
Blanching it quickly without cutting will ensure there is not much slime. I am hooked on mostly vegetables and maybe the good reason too. You know, you can eat okra after picking. The texture is crunchy and sweet.
