This white chocolate fudge with pecans is a perfect treat for Christmas or any occasion. Only 5 ingredients , so tasty , smooth and super quick to make . It takes less than 20 minutes to whip up.

INGREDIENTS :
• 200g white chocolate
• 250g cream cheese
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• ½ tsp lemon extract
• ¾ cup chopped pecans
PROCEDURE :
Place white chocolate on a microwavable glass and melt . Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and add lemon extract. Stir melted chocolate and mix together until smooth. Stir in pecans and chill until firm. Cut into squares . ENJOY.
