In today's video, you'll see the Rossi A. Desgagnes chemical tanker departing Lock 3 and passing underneath the Queenston Street lift bridge located just beside the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), which crosses the canal via the Garden City Skyway. Bridge 4 is also called the Homer Bridge and is the only double-leaf bascule drawbridge on the Welland Canal! Hope you enjoy!
