Onion Pickle🧅

The minute I saw this by @pepper_huut I knew I had to try it out! It looked delicious, and I had all ingredients on hand.

It turned out so so good, and ever since I’ve been making it often!

Ingredients I used:
- 3/4 cup pearl onions (around 20)
- 1 to 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- salt
- coconut oil (tastes the best in coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- few curry leaves
