Hi all, in this video, I'm answering the question, "How do I put a new band on my Fitbit Inspire 3?"


1.Turn over Inspire 3 and find the quick-release lever.
2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, gently pull the band away from the tracker to release it.
3. Repeat on the other side.


Attach a band
1. To attach a band, hold the band and slide the pin (the side opposite the quickrelease lever) into the notch on the tracker.
2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the band into place.
3. When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick-release lever.

A. I have only used the bands that the Fitbit Inspire 3 comes with. From my own unboxing, there is a smaller and larger band the Fitbit Inspire 3 comes with.


Q. Are Fitbit Inspire 2 and Fitbit Inspire 3 bands interchangeable? Or, Are all Fitbit Inspire bands the same?
A. Unfortunately no.


Q. What year did Fitbit inspire 3 come out?

Q. Can I wear Fitbit Inspire 3 in shower?
A. Yes, but from my experience, I need to turn on the water-lock feature because the Fitbit Inspire 3 sometimes goes wonky.
