Chicken Breast:
- One of the leanest and cheapest proteins you can get
- Super low fat
- Easy way to hit your protein in-take
- If you want to fit your indulgences, then chicken breast is a great source of food to save on carbs and fats while allowingy you to hit your protein.
Pumpkin
- Something I discovered during my 6 week Rapid Fat Loss phase on 1400 calories
- Super delicious, and super low calorie
- I honestly couldn't tell the difference between pumpkin and sweet potato after a while - and it's lower calorie than sweet potato itself 😂
Greek yoghurt
- Great source of protein
- Low fat
- Low calorie and high volume
- Tastes like ass by itself 🙂
