Continuing with my horribly shot, terribly narrated and poorly edited video series, I have a Kato N scale RDC4 with a quick down and dirty proof of life video.
RDC4 was dismantled, motor cups were repaired and mechanism lubricated. An ESU V5 micro 58823 was wired in. Normally, I'd use the ESU 58923 Nano as I could wire in and control the interior lighting also, however those are unobtanium at the moment. headlights were changed to warm white LED's, dropping resistors changed. 11x17 speaker and 3d printed housing installed. A stock Kato 11-212 light kit was also installed. ESU V5 sound file S0584 was loaded and lighting function mapped as appropriate. Fuel tank was glued back together after someone had pried it off at some point and broke it.
Please note the glitchy interior lighting is due to my filthy test track. It's on the list to clean and I wasn't about to re-shoot this video. :)
Not much else to add to this one.

As always, I hope you learned something. If not, I hope you were at least mildly entertained.
Now back to my coffee...
