The NITAP Permanent campus Phase 1A has been constructed by CPWD. A total of 1,10,000 sqm plinth area (approx.) have been constructed in this phase within a Span of 3 years. Precast Construction technology has been adopted in order to complete this entire project within time. The construction cost including development & bulk services is Rs.37, 171/- per sqm which is far below than cost of construction of other NIT’s and IIT’s being undertaken at a similar time.
